In the early morning of the 20th, four people from the Kanhaixuan community in Dongjiang Port District in Tianjin were diagnosed with confirmed cases of local novel coronary pneumonia. At 2 a.m. of the 20th, the Kanhaixuan community has been upgraded from a medium-risk area to a high-risk area. At present, there are sporadic cases in many places in the country, so it is still urged to control the cases from both local and abroad.

Recently, Shanghai issued the "Implementing Transit Inspection of High-risk Imported Cold Chain Foods Act", requiring high-risk imported cold chain foods to enter the transit inspection warehouse for both nucleic acid test and packaging disinfection. This Act have been formally implemented from November the 16th. Biotecan recently undertook the task of nucleic acid testing of cold chain food in Transit Inspection Warehouses to ensure cold chain food safety.
